Nope, don't normally do nor suggest IP bans. With people unable to just create identities on the fly now, the user name ban works well. Someone may have more than 1 user name, but if thats the case we just have to ban a few user names. IP bans can get innocent people since not everybody has static ips.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

On a side note, banning ip's, IMO, is not fair. It could cause alot of people to be banned. I agree the screen names should be banned.
I'm thinking the only way to change is to point to one, like on a photobucket account or such.
Its being worked on, thats all I know, the support guy told me that it had him a bit confused, it wasn't keeping settings and he was seeking help.

Even though I've got one, I can't see much need for them. You could have left them off as far as I'm concerned.
